Established in 1991, Neo Design, under it's former name of Forest To Furniture was created to supply high end solid timber furniture to the NZ retail sector, this service still continues today with Neo supplying a range of products to retailers nationwide.

2003 saw the name change to Neo Design, a reflection of the companies shift towards design oriented product and a change in the ownership structure.  Wayne Church, Neo's design/marketing director, who served his apprenticeship with Forest To Furniture bought into the company, and he along with founder and Managing Director Paul Burgess responded to the increasing demand for contemporary furniture and custom product, with not only a change in name but a change in company culture.

Neo's strong commitment to design and workmanship was acknowledged the previous year with a highly commended in the Best Design Awards, and again with overall Best In Dining at Furniture Fashion 2006.  In 2009 Neo Design was awarded Best Use Of Imported Timber and Best In Auckland Region at the New Zealand Master Joiner Awards.

We invest a substantial amount of energy in the development of new and unique designs.  All Neo Design products are protected by copyright.  A number of our designs are also registered with the New Zealand Intellectual Properties Office.
Authenticity is worth the investment, beware of imitations.

Custom:
Fitting the product to the client has become the cornerstone of Neo Designs philosophy.
Neo will work with the architect or interior designer of your choice, or alternatively we can provide a complete design service.  Our design department has the capacity to provide solutions to all areas of the house or commercial space.  Kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, and domestic furniture.  Everything from bedside tables to an entire house fit-out.   Neo can design, build, polish and install the entire job.  We can also co-ordinate with all other sub-contractors and professionals involved in your build.

Stage 1
Contact us to arrange a meeting to discuss your project.  This can be done by either your design professional or yourself.  This is a good time to discuss all issues relevant to your project, such as materials, finishes, time frame and budget.  We can also provide a design service should it be required.

Stage  2
If relevant we will conduct and initial site visit and liaise with other professionals involved in the project.  Based on this information we can provide a written quotation and potential time line.

Stage 3
Upon acceptance of the quotation we will carry out a detailed site measure, provide a full set of detailed drawings for your final approval, co-ordinate our activities with other trade suppliers and commence production of your project.

Stage  4
Neo Design installs and finishes your project.
