North Shore kitchen shines in Oak, Granite, glass

The owners of this stunning clifftop property commissioned us to design, manufacture and install the kitchen, scullery, wine cellar, dining suite furniture and living room cabinets. Their brief was to create visual unity throughout the major living spaces, and the fact that we were tasked with making kitchen spaces, and dining furniture, gave us a real opportunity to make this idea work.

Designer, Wayne Church, responded by creating a minimalist look with clean lines, expansive surfaces, minimal clutter and a consistent colour/ materials palette from kitchen surfaces to furniture finish. Perimeter cabinets appear to pass right through the walls at each end to become the scullery and wine cellar.

Richness comes from the materials: dark-stained, polyurethaned American oak for cabinets and furniture, titanium granite for the benchtops, and full-height glass splashbacks.

Extensive use of LED lighting creates an ambience and excitement that sets this project apart.
