About Neo Design

A Reputation for CraftsmanshipSince opening its doors on the North Shore, Auckland in 1991, Neo Design has developed a solid reputation for quality, New Zealand-made, custom joinery. With a background in cabinetmaking, founder Paul Burgess and his team initially designed, manufactured and supplied high quality furniture to furniture retailers and private clients throughout New Zealand.

From Furniture to Fit-outs

Today, nearly 25 years later, Neo Design is best known for its custom-crafted kitchens, bathrooms and interior joinery: laundries, fitted bookcases, shelving, wardrobes and more. While the type of work might have changed, years spent crafting bespoke furniture is evident in their approach, and finished product. In fact, clients still frequently commission Neo Design to do a whole-house fit-out that includes custom-designed and made furniture.

Experience You Can Rely On

Regardless of whether you're commissioning Neo to make a kitchen, fit wardrobes, build a staircase, or install your ultimate laundry, you'll enjoy the things Neo is best known for: real quality materials and finish, a commitment to fitting the product to the customer, and an eye for detail. After 25 years in the business, there really is no substitute for experience. The fact that they’re a really nice bunch who know their stuff doesn’t hurt either.
