Your Project

One thing we know after nearly 25 years is that every client is different. Whether it's a kitchen renovation, or a whole-house fit out, some clients have completed plans from their designer, and others just have ideas. That's fine by us, because we only do projects that are made to order. So what can you expect when you contact us?
  Stage 1:  Consultation
At this stage you might be gathering ideas, swatches and samples for your dream kitchen. Perhaps you're wondering “where do I start with my bathroom renovation?” Maybe your interior designer or architect
has finished the plans and are ready to talk
materials, finishes, time frames and
budgets. Wherever you're at, now is a good time to meet us for a consultation in our showroom. This is an opportunity for you to get some ideas, direction and estimate of costs for the project with no obligation.
Design - the vital ingredient
We think design is the most important stage, because now you decide what you want: layout, materials, finishes, style. Finalizing all the details now will save costly changes later on when the project is underway.

Do I need a designer?
We recommend you use an experienced designer to get the best result for your project, especially something like a kitchen. With years of experience, they have a wealth of knowledge about products, finishes and layouts that will save you a lot of time, money and frustration.
After meeting and discussing your project, your designer will prepare concept drawings. This gives you the opportunity to see it on paper and make any changes BEFORE it is built (handy).

Will I have to pay for design?
There is a fee for this service, but for something like a kitchen, it is only a small part of the overall cost. And in terms of the outcome it really is an investment that is worth every cent.

Ask your designer about their fee because it will depend on the nature and size of your project.

Even if you resolve every last aspect yourself and don't want a designer, we'll still need working drawings for which there is a fee.
What if I have my own designer?
If you already have your own designer or architect (many of our clients do), that's great. We’ll work with you and your designer to build and install your kitchen, bathroom or interior project.

What if I don’t have a designer?
If you don’t have a designer, our experienced design team would love to work with you, or, we can recommend a designer if you prefer.
STAGE 3: QUOTATION

Once you’re happy with the concept drawings (either your designer's or ours), we’ll provide you with a written quote based on the finalized drawings and a timeline for manufacture and installation

When you accept our quote we’ll carry out a detailed site measure, provide a full set of detailed drawings for your final approval, co-ordinate with other trade suppliers, and begin production of your project.  During this process we will keep you fully informed of progress.

Our highly experienced, qualified cabinetmakers will manufacture your kitchen, bathroom or interior joinery in our 6000 square foot factory. We maintain complete control of the manufacturing process from beginning to end, so you can expect work of the highest standard backed with a 10 year guarantee.

The last stage of the process is to make your project look fabulous and work as it should in your home. Our team of experienced cabinetmakers will make sure that everything fits, works, is properly connected and installed. We'll leave your premises clean and tidy, with your kitchen, bathroom, or interior project looking perfect for you to enjoy.
