Remuera Kitchen Sees the Light

Remuera Kitchen Sees the Light

Renovation of this kitchen space was complicated by structural and plumbing issues, together with a lack of natural light. Hard to believe now the makeover is complete: the new kitchen is fresh, light and bright, with ample storage, all modern conveniences and plenty of bench space.

In line with our client's desire for a more traditional look, our designer opted for shaker-style detailing to all the cabinets and drawers, with traditional round drawer pulls. The colour palette was deliberatley kept white to maximise the amount of light in the kitchen. The generous glass splashback introduces a subtle pattern into the mix, toning nicely with the kitchen colours, and soft hue of the benchtops.
